Welcome to Omaxe Elevators Our Terms and Conditions That outlines the rules and guidelines for using our elevator services. Please read this document carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities when engaging with Omaxe Elevators. It covers important aspects such as safety regulations, usage policies, warranties, and more to ensure a smooth and secure experience for all our customers.

ERECTION

The Erection will take – 8 – weeks for each lift after the lift well constructed by you Client is said to be ready in all respects with scaffolding as per our requirement, with power supply, to enable our staff to work without any hindrance.

(a) Client has to furnish in 2 weeks from the date of acceptance of this proposal, all required data, building and shaft drawing for the performance for this contract.

(b) Client should approve our drawings within a week from the date of submission.

SURPLUS MATERIALS

All surplus materials, consumable goods, packing cases, tools, tackles, wiring materials etc employed during the execution of the contract are our sole property and will be removed by us and taken into our custody on completion and handing over of the contract work.

HANDING OVER THE LIFT

The client shall agree to take over the lift as soon as the installation is completed. Our erection crew supervisor will test and adjust the lift. We will give you about a week’s prior notice for handing over the lift. You will not be allowed to use the lift until and unless they are officially taken over.

FREE MAINTENANCE

12 months free maintenance will be done by us from the date of commissioning of the lift as per company’s rules and conditions, the buyers shall agree that no third party will be allowed to interfere with the installation or its parts in any manner during the staid period.

In case of interference we will not be responsible for the consequences. During one-year free maintenance visits by our trained personnel we will make regular checks, necessary lubrication and adjustments. We shall provide any parts required during this period free of cost except such parts as may be needed because of misuse or negligence on part of user.

WARRANTY

We warranty our materials and workmanship for a period of one year after the lift is in operation but any damages to our material during the storage period at your site is not covered by our warranty. Any defects / faults arising out of our materials and workmanship during normal operation and proper use will be corrected and made good or the complete replacement / repair of component / parts will be done in according with our desecration.

CANCELLATION OF CONTRACT

The contract will not be cancelled under any circumstances, once the agreement contract is entered and the company is not liable for this.

ARBITRATION

The legal possession of the lift will be handed over to the purchaser only on fulfillment of agreed terms of payment.

The purchaser of the lift services here by undertakes promises assure that during the subsistence of agreed terms / contract, the purchaser shall not use any take or foreign devices / materials / parts or do otherwise or will not tamper with the electronic devices / parts provided by Omaxe Elevators lifts to operate the lifts. This is assured to safeguard the interest of the users / occupies and also Omaxe Elevators lifts to prevent any mishap or injury.

No change will be carried out without written approval of Omaxe Elevators lifts. One would take judicial / factual notice that are where lifts are / is installed are operated is dangerous premises.

  1. a) Legal possession of the lift will transfer to you only when the full payment is made as per the agreement.
  2. b) All the terms and conditions of this offer are subject to Gulbarga jurisdiction only.
  3. c) Any failure to comply the obligations mentioned in “Preparatory work” listed will render this agreement void.

OUR SCOPE OF SUPPLY DOES NOT INCLUDE:-

  1. Separators channels to be provided by the client.
  2. Scaffolding.
  3. Minor civil works like chases, holes, drilling in concrete, sill angels, safety guards during erection & other civil related works.
  4. Safe lockable storeroom apex. 35sq. mtr.is to be provided by the client.
  5. Architraves in all landings.
  6. Electrical wiring in the hoist way.

CIVIL REQUIREMENT

  1. Machine room as per GAD with plastering & white wash.
  2. Shaft readiness as per GAD, Pit clear & dry, plastering & white wash.
  3. 3 phase power supply at the machine room with earthling.
  4. Load hooks as per GAD machine room door & steps.
  5. Storage space for material & scaffolding of Omaxe Elevators.

SHAFT READINESS

  1. Finished floor levels should be marked at all floors in the entrance walls.
  2. There should not be any projection inside shaft throughout the shaft height.
  3. Lift should be clear & dry.
  4. Shaft should be constructed as per our requirement.
  5. Shafts should be fully plastered & white washed.

MACHINE ROOM

  1. Machine rooms to be constructed. Load hooks are to be provided in the machine room.
  2. Access staircase with handrails shall be provided.
  3. Sufficient lighting should be made in the machine room.
  4. Cross Ventilation is to be provided as per our requirement.
  5. 3phase main power supply made available at the machine room duly terminated with switch box.
  6. 2 nos. earth leads is taken to the machine room & duly terminated on a bus bar in the machine room with 6 holes for our termination.

STORAGE

  1. Safe lockable store room appx. 35sq.mt. is provided nearer to the shaft with necessary access to reach the shaft.
  2. Laser survey shall be conduct for sight readiness before lead time of sending materials for that pit to be clear & dry.
  3. Entrance walls are mandatory as a part of site readiness, after completion of this work only we are able to send the materials.
